We only accept returns of unused items, or by reason of
wrong item received
incomplete or missing parts/item
If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the Order Number provided on the Checkout page and email.
Return/Refund Coverage: 7 days from date delivered
We can only refund items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of goods, for example:
the original instruction brochure is still inside;
the item is in its original packaging; and
the item is unused and as received
Please contact our customer service team or send us an email at email@example.com to advise of a product return or refund request provided with your Order Number. A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order.
The customer bears the cost of return for all returns due to change of mind.
